Agency advisory work often happens behind the scenes.

We spend our days helping founders make better decisions around growth, positioning, operations, people, finance, sales, M&A and leadership. But we rarely get the chance to come together as peers and compare notes properly.

After a valuable lunch and a drinks and canapés evening earlier this year, we're bringing the group back together, this time joined by some of our partner organisations, for a relaxed evening of drinks and Christmas buffet at The Parcel Yard in Kings Cross.

There's no formal agenda, no panels and no pitches. Just a small, curated room of people who understand the realities of working with agencies, sharing what they're seeing in the market, reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting a few new ones.

And we hope to reveal the nominations for the Agency Advisor List 2026, recognising the advisors who've been nominated by their peers and the wider community.

This is for agency advisors, consultants, coaches, NEDs and specialists who support agencies across areas such as commercial growth, operations, finance, people, legal, recruitment, M&A, client services and leadership, alongside partner organisations such as AIA.

Places are limited to 30 to keep the conversation useful and personal.
