Summer Reset: Build Your Q4 New Business Engine

Most agencies don’t have a lead problem.

They have a system problem.

The referrals are too unpredictable.
The outreach feels too hit and miss.
The positioning is almost there, but not quite sharp enough.
The CRM exists, but nobody really trusts it.
And Q4 is suddenly closer than it looks.

Summer Reset is designed to help founder-led agencies step out of the day-to-day, take a proper 360 look at their new business engine, and leave with a clearer plan for the final quarter of the year.

No fluff. No vague inspiration. No “just post more on LinkedIn” advice.

Just a focused afternoon of sharp thinking, practical tools, honest conversation and useful connections.

What to expect

Across the afternoon, we’ll break down the key parts of a high-performing new business system:

Mindset and culture
How founders and teams need to think, behave and operate if growth is going to become consistent — not just a last-minute panic when the pipeline dips.

Positioning
How to sharpen what you stand for, why it matters, and how to stop sounding like every other agency in a crowded market.

Lead generation
How to build a smarter, more focused approach to finding and engaging the right prospects — without spraying and praying.

Marketing systems
How to connect your content, campaigns, CRM and outreach so sales and marketing work as one engine, not two separate conversations.

Pitching and conversion
How to improve the moments that matter most: turning interest into opportunities, and opportunities into work.

You’ll also complete a practical scorecard to assess where your new business system is strong, where it’s leaking momentum, and what needs attention before Q4 kicks in.

You’ll leave with

A clear scorecard of your current new business system
A practical Q4 action plan
Fresh thinking on positioning, lead generation, marketing and pitching
New connections with other independent agency founders
Renewed energy for the final stretch of the year

This is not a sit-back-and-listen seminar. It’s a working session for founders who want to stop winging it and start building something more repeatable.

Who it’s for

This event is for independent agency founders who are serious about improving new business performance before Q4.

It will be especially useful if:

You rely too heavily on referrals
Your pipeline is inconsistent
Your positioning needs sharpening
Your marketing and sales activity feel disconnected
You know Q4 matters, but you don’t yet have a clear plan
You want to grow without turning your agency into a soulless sales machine

Places are limited to around 15–20 founders to keep the session practical, open and useful.

Ready to reset your new business engine?

Q4 rewards the agencies that use summer wisely.

Join us for an afternoon of practical thinking, honest conversation and proper momentum — so you can head into the final quarter with a sharper story, a stronger system and a clearer plan.
