The Role

This is a newly evolved senior position reporting directly to the Founder/Managing Director. As Head of Client Strategy, you’ll be the strategic mastermind behind our client campaigns — responsible for seeing the bigger picture, spotting what’s working (and what isn’t), and pioneering new approaches when change is needed.

This isn’t account management. This is strategic leadership: helping agencies sharpen their positioning, embrace smarter tools, and run campaigns that cut through. You’ll challenge conventional thinking, guide clients through transformation, and make sure every campaign delivers measurable impact.

About Us

At Gray Matters, we help founder-led creative and marketing businesses ditch the “growth grind” and build systems that sell. Our clients come to us looking for consistent leads without the referral rollercoaster or the gamble of unproven hires, and leave with sales processes that feel natural and deliver results.

We combine sales strategy, creativity, and automation to make business development work. Now we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Consultant to spark new conversations, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales journey.
