Sales Stories Live: Selling with soul in an automated world

AI can write your pitch, schedule your follow-ups, and tell you what to say next. But it can't build trust. It can't read the room. And it can't sense when to throw the playbook out entirely.

In this first edition of Sales Stories Live, Stuart Brazier strips sales back to its essentials: curiosity, effort, and showing up when it matters. Drawing on real stories from his career in creative innovation and client development, he'll share the moments where caring more, listening harder, and going the extra mile changed everything.

Expect a refreshingly honest take on what “selling with soul” really means today, and why the best salespeople aren’t the ones with the smartest tools, but the strongest intent.

Format:

A 10–15 minute story-led talk, followed by live Q&A.

Intro: Opening – Setting the Scene

  1. The Basics Still Matter

  2. My Perspective – Seeing It from the Outside

  3. The Stories – Where It’s Proven True

Bring your questions, your reflections, and your own stories from the front line.
